As my life's energies are somehow proportioned less into my body, I find them inexorably resplendent in my soul.
I have decided that as body and soul separate, I'm filling my spaces with laughter.......zany, blithesome, happy, pure and essential joy.
Am I dying? Heck no.
Am I getting older? Heck no, I am getting temporally rewarded......................................

It started innocently enough.
The high heat and humidity drove me, shirt drenched with sweat after a 90 second walk to collect the mail in front of my rapidly browning lawn, toward my kitchen freezer to organize a rescue mission for some ice cream – long held captive by pharisees, politicians, and ignored by a world gripped with the evenings' news.
Okay, I thought............. ice cream, milk, malt powder, large container of chocolate syrup, and two unopened jugs of chocolate (for backup)...........I had all the ingredients for the chocolate malt sortie.
It may have happened as the blender was being retrieved from the cupboard............or, perhaps during the first engagement with the mangoes, covertly acting as oblong sweet fruit of tropical trees.
The time-space theater of operations was in full global enveloping.
While the ice cream melted on the kitchen counter, I became distracted by a sweet nostalgia that mesmerized me in my bedroom closet {the how, I got there - or why, I was there - is irrelevant to the mirth}
The sweet memory of those carefree days of my early teens, when I would be picking out just the right shirt for the summer evening's stroll to meet the gals and guys of our gang down the block, wafted sweetly comic among the notes of the priceless planning as to what I'll be wearing for the upcoming colonoscopy later this week.
