You My Time My Place

I often find myself blest to be in meditation so deep, it is indescribably sublime. Transitioning to activities of daily living sometimes is like merging into heavy speeding truck-filled Interstate traffic while driving a golf cart. The great fortune at these times comes in having friends who are goldenly caring. For then/now it is less important to be oriented to Time and Place than to be with/among/nearby cohorts/buddies/friends/soul-mates/pals/companions/dears/confidantes/inamoratas..........with love and gratitude...

No Pain Surprise

Being Delightfully surprised/grateful for Pain Relief Technique. After identifying, through the awesome Baxter Y classes: yoga, pilates, piyo and MAT, a specific muscle site for chronic pain; I became aware of it as I began my meditation. And here's where the good fortune played out. I decided to have a long meditation and focus on that area of pain - to the point of being HYPER attentive to that one spot. Several weeks, Four 90 min plus meditations later whenever I sense the slightest discomfort in that area I STOP and do a mini-meditation (or focused relaxation) and the pain goes away.
