No Pain Surprise


Being Delightfully surprised/grateful for Pain Relief Technique. After identifying, through the awesome Baxter Y classes: yoga, pilates, piyo and MAT, a specific muscle site for chronic pain; I became aware of it as I began my meditation. And here's where the good fortune played out. I decided to have a long meditation and focus on that area of pain - to the point of being HYPER attentive to that one spot. Several weeks, Four 90 min plus meditations later whenever I sense the slightest discomfort in that area I STOP and do a mini-meditation (or focused relaxation) and the pain goes away. Yes the pain returns, but it returns less frequently, less severely, and goes away more quickly!..........Health peace love friendship forgiveness mercy kindness beauty joy enthusiasm child-like-glee harmony to/for all each as is "^-"^ blank now and always........... dziękuję, gracias, 谢谢, ringrazio hanno, है धन्यवाद, remercier avoir, thank you, أشكر ديك ...
